Well, sometimes it pays to go to class... Today it did quite literally as I found a $20 bill on the ground while walking to class. Not a bad way to start the day. I went to my nooner, and then went over to the Student Center to check mail and drop by the PA office to see the peeps. I miss having class on this side of campus. I feel like I miss out on an energy and such by being at Tech Square most of the time. Hah, I also miss my clockwork-like visits to Pandini's. Good times. In other news, I now have accPod2: an 80gig black iPod to replace accPod1, the poor thing. This 5th gen iPod is a lot different, but I'm enjoying it thus far. I'd still like a nano just for working out. I think that's perfect for running and such, but on the whole, for most of the time, I really like having my entire music library available to my every whim and mood. Why "get that damn song out of your head" when you can just cue it up and listen to it on repeat for 2 hours? Well I'm up here at the Student Center right now at like 4:23am on this lovely little Friday night having just scanned in my 300+ page course packet for Strategic Management class. I had to come up here in the middle of the night so I wasn’t interrupting anyone else’s copying. (I use the copiers up here to digitally bulk scan the packet.) Plus, I'm at my prime late at night anyhow of course! But thank goodness I got that packet scanned. That sucker is too big to drag to class every day, so having it in a PDF on my laptop is much nicer, plus it's text searchable once I run the OCR software through it. Nice. The weather outside is crazy nice. Mind you, it is nearly perverse for it to be this warm during January, but it's so mild outside, that I nearly want to throw my bag into the trunk of Mobile 7, and put the iPod on and take a walk... and I just might. To hell with the time. Anyone wanna toss the frisbee around tomorrow!?! Current Mood: lonely Current Music: Keane - She Has No Time
